LEVEL 4 / POST 7: THEMED / FREE POST

 THIS is a very difficult post to me xD I might write about so much things that came to my mind…
I guess is much easy to write about something that I do but in a very long time I couldn’t do.

I like to think about myself as an aquatic-person, maybe it is for my element or it is because I like the beach so much or it is because once I’m on the water I feel like I am flying.

Still I learned to swim at a very old age, but since I do I’ve don’t stop. At college I’ve take the swimming elective before classes and made my day because swimming lessons that I took were at mornings, so I was on a very great mood for my piano lessons, more relaxed and not so stressed by the nervous of being evaluated.

 

       At 2019 I had the idea to compite on 2020 swimming competitions.

      So when locked came out I felt sad that my plans doesn’t make true.

 

Between 2020-2021 my body shape changed, my body hurts for not being at movement, my back encorve, my position at the piano were tense and I was tired all the time.
So I began to do some yoga to make me stronger and prepare myself back to swim eventually.

 

Since a couple of month that pools opened and I was back on track. At first it was very difficult to coordinate breathing with arms and legs movements, specially on backwards. But by passing the days my body alineate again and I’ve feel with more energy and more motivated to improve and feed me right.

 

Honestly, any tipe of exercise is awesome for body, mind and mood. It changes for good and it is a pleasant feel that I hope you all experience once and a while.

Especially when it comes to swim, as I said you’re flying!!!

    the university pool has salt right?
